UnoFit is a fitness and wellness application designed to help users track workouts, monitor progress, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The content provided is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice or medical care.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UnoFit. Users under the age of 18 may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the App.

Payment: All fees are subject to change upon notice. Payments will be processed via Apple’s App Store and, eventually, Google Play, and are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Refunds: All in-app purchases are final, and any requests for refunds will be handled in accordance with the policies of the platform from which the App was purchased.

General Disclaimer: The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will UnoFit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and, if significant, may be accompanied by a notification to users. Continued use of the App after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts in Kyiv, Ukraine, as applicable.
